On 19 July 2014 H.E. Mr. Somchai Charanasomboon, Ambassador of Thailand, and his wife, Viyada, attended the procession ceremony of Buddha’s relic at the Buddharam Temple in Ragunda near the King Chulalongkorn’s Pavilion. The Thai Community in Sweden set up a parade on the roads, leading the procession to the temple. After the procession ceremony, there were also a religious ceremony held at the Temple by Phra Kru Sutta Buddhidat, Abbot of the Buddharam Temple. H.E. Ambassador also visited Piya Dhammaram Temple located nearby.
