Subject: Appointment of the Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Board (Ad hoc)

            In order to formulate a policy to strengthen and sustainably enhance the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises, the NCPO hereby appoints ad hoc the Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Board to comprise of the following:

1.    General Prayut Chan-O-Cha                                                                                 Chairman

       Head of the National Council for Peace and Order

2.    Air Chief Marshal Prajin Juntong                                                                           Vice Chairman

       Deputy Head of the National Council for Peace and Order

3.    Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance                                                  Member

4.    Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce                                            Member

5.    Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior                                                     Member

6.    Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry                                                    Member

7.    Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives              Member

8.    Secretary General of the National Economic and Social Development Board   Member

9.    Secretary General of the Board of Investment                                                        Member

10.  Representative from the Board of Trade of Thailand                                            Member

11.  Representative from the Federation of Thai Industries                                         Member

12. Director of the Office of SMEs Promotion                                                                  Member

Authority

The Board shall have the powers and responsibilities per the Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Act, B.E. 2543 (2000).
