The Royal Thai Embassy, Mexico City, joined over 87 other countries participating in the Feria de lasCulturasAmigas 2014 held in the Zocalo throughout May 17th- June 1st 2014 with an expected attendance of 2 million people. Mr. ChirachaiPunkrasin, Ambassador of Thailand, attended the opening ceremony on May 17th, 2014.

The Thai booth, which included a photo exhibition, Thai food and merchandise, Thai massage, and the writing of names in Thai alphabet, was very well received by attendants to the fair. The Royal Thai Embassy would like to take this opportunity to thank the Thai community for their excellent efforts throughout the event as well as their continued support in introducing Thai culture to Mexicans as well as foreigners residing in Mexico.
