Subject: Recruitments for available positions

            With regard to Announcement of the NCPO No. 11/2557 dated 22 May 2014 on the termination of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, and which stipulated that all Courts, independent organizations and other agencies established under the Constitution B.E. 2550 (2007) are to continue to adjudicate cases and to function as usual; in order to ensure that these courts and agencies can discharge their duties without disruption, the Head of the NCPO hereby announces as follows:

            Should there arise the need to appoint a Judge of the Constitutional Court, Election Commissioner, Ombudsman, Commissioner of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, and Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission, where these positions are vacant, the selection process for the holders of such positions shall follow the rules and procedures as stipulated in the Constitution B.E. 2550 (2007), and which have been applied hitherto. If a position in the selection committee becomes vacant during the selection process, the committee shall comprise of the remaining members.

            This announcement shall take effect immediately.
