Subject: Authorization of the Auditor General to act in capacity of

Chairman of the State Audit Commission and the State Audit Commission

            Following the announcement of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) No. 11/2557 dated 22 May B.E. 2557 (2014) regarding the termination of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand and announcement No. 24/2557 dated 23 May B.E. 2557 (2014) regarding the continuing validity of the Organic Laws;

            In order to enable the State Audit Commission to perform its duties in accordance with the referred announcements, the NCPO hereby authorizes the Auditor General to act in the capacity of the Chairman of the State Audit Commission and the State Audit Commission.

            This announcement shall take effect immediately until further notice.
