On 23 September 2013, Mrs. Usana Wongnarkpet, Deputy Director, Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), led a group of 13 junior diplomats from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand to visit Singapore under the Thailand-Singapore Civil Service Exchange Programme (CSEP). The delegation paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Marut Jitpatima, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, and took this opportunity to discuss and exchange views on foreign policies with  the Ambassador and diplomats at the Royal Thai Embassy. In addition, they are scheduled to visit Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore on 24-25 September 2013.
