On 10 February 2013, H.E.Mr.Pruedtipong Kulthanan and the staffs of the Royal Thai Embassy in Athens participated in the 6th International Gastronomy Forum 2013 which is organized annually by the Hellenic Chef’s Association. The Forum was one of the major parts of the HORECA (Hotel-Restaurant-Café) Trade Exhibition held at the Metropolitan Expo, Athens during 8-11 February 2013. In the event, various samples of carving fruits and Thai food products such as Pad Thai, stirred fried tuna with holy basil and steamed rice as well as plenty kinds of Thai dried fruits  were demonstrated and served. Recipes as well as leaflet about Thailand were distributed to interested viewers. The HORECA Trade Exhibition is one of the biggest food Fair in Greece. Among viewers which totalled around 15,000 are hotels and restaurant owners, importers of fruits, vegetables, canned and frozen food as well as those in catering business. The Thai dishes and fruits carving received wide interest and stand out among other Embassies participated in the event such as Japan, Indonesian, Poland and Mexico.
