Mr. Biravij Suwanpradhes, Consulate-General of Thailand, Sydney, led a group of 22 university students from Sydney to go to Thailand between 30 January – 12 February 2013. The group had paid a courtesy visit to the representative of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand on 31 January 2013, and the Director-General of the Department of American and South Pacific Affairs hosted lunch for the group.

The ATYA group then have a chance to visit some interesting places, e.g. the Royal Chitralada Projects, Museum of Siam, Arts of the Kingdom Exhibition at Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall, Thai Rath newspaper etc.

Between 4-9 February 2013, the ATYA group then travelled to Khon Kaen province to teach English at 5 primary schools, 4 of which under the Young Ambassador of Virtue Foundation. In the said occasion, they have paid a courtesy call to the Governor of Khon Kaen, and the representative from Iris Group Companies has contributed 500,000 bath to the participating schools.
