On 31 January 2013 Ms. Panpimon Suwannapongse, Thai Consul-General in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), hosted a Reception at her residence, on the occasion of the traditonal Vietnamese New Year (Tet).  Among the guests were representatives from various Vietnamese agencies based in HCMC, such as the External Relations Office, the HCMC Union of Friendship and the HCMC Sponsoring Association for Poor People.  The Thai Consulate-General took this opportunity to express her gratitude for the Vietnamese agencies, whose support and cooperation contributed to the success of the Consulate-General’s projects and activities carried out in the past year, thereby deepening the relations between Thailand and Vietnam and their two peoples
