On 26 January 2013, Dr. ChaiyongSatjipanon, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States of America, gave an opening remark at the ATPAC Executive Members Meeting organized by the Office of Science Technology and Communication at the Royal Thai Embassy. ATPAC stands for the Association of Thai Professionals in America and Canada, the main objective of which is to promote transfer oftechnology from the United States and Canada to help in the development in Thailand.
