On 18 October 2011, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Mr. Surapong Tovichakchaikul, Minister of Foreign Affairs, presented a contribution of three million baht to Mrs. You Ay, Cambodian Ambassador to Thailand, to assist the flood victims in Cambodia.
