On 18 October 2011, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Mr. Surapong Tovichakchaikul, Minister of Foreign Affairs, presented a contribution of three million baht to Mr. Ngo Duc Thang, Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand, to assist flood victims in Vietnam.
