On 20 October 2010, at the Foreign Ministry, Mrs. Barbara Unmuessing, President of the Heinrich Boll Foundation, together with the Foundations senior officers, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Kasit Piromya, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to discuss ways and means to promote cooperation on democratic development in Thailand.
