On 22 February 2006, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Kantathi suphamongkhon, Foreign Minister, welcomed Mr. Miguel Angel Moratinos Cuyaube, Foreign Minister of Spain, who is currently a member on the entourage of Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain in their State Visit to Thailand as Guests of Hismajesty the King.
