*Notes: We request the following of the media:
1. Members of the media are required to be at the Media Centre, Challenger Hall 3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, at least 1.5 – 2 hours before each media opportunity. The Media Secretariat representatives will accompany registered media members to the meeting venues for scheduled media opportunities. All security screening and clearance will be conducted before each media opportunity. Members of the media proceeding directly to the venue unaccompanied will be denied entry to the meeting venue and media opportunities. After each media opportunity, media representatives will be escorted back to the Media Centre.
2. Members of the Media are kindly requested to dress appropriately (business attire) when they are in the Media Centre or at the meeting venues.
3. Press releases and other documents for the media, as well as photos and VDO clips of the relevant meetings and functions, will be available on the website www.asean2019.go.th and cloud server within the Media Centre.
