On 17 August 2023, Mr. Pavlo Orel, Charge d’Affaires a.i. of Ukraine, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, to exchange views and concerns regarding the situation in Ukraine, as well as discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between Thailand and Ukraine.
