On 28 January 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy in Rome hosted a teleconference on Thailand – Italy Space cooperation, with an attendance of Mr. Giorgio Saccoccia, President of Italian Space Agency (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana – ASI) and Dr. Pakorn Apaphant, Executive Director, GISTDA Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) of Thailand. Both sides exchanged views on Space governance and discussed potential areas of space cooperation between Thailand – Italy.
