On 7 May 2025, H.E. Ms. Arunrung Phothong Humphreys, Ambassador of Thailand to Sweden hosted a dinner at the Ambassador residence for the Thai and Swedish delegation on the occasion of Thailand-Sweden 5th Political Consultations Forum. The attendees are ; Ms. Krongkanit Rakcharoen, Director-General of the European Affairs Department and her team, Mr. Daniel Wolvén Director-General & Head of the Asia, the Pacific Region and Latin America and his team , Ms. Anna Hammargren , Ambassador of Sweden to Thailand, staff from the Royal Thai Embassy and representatives from Saab AB and Ericsson.

Discussions covered Thai-Swedish relations related issues such as economic relations, trade and investment, defence cooperation, consular affairs, innovation, sustainable development and green transition
