On 25 April 2025, Ambassador Arunrung Phothong Humphreys, together the Embassy staff and Group Captain Putthapong Phalajivin, Defence and Air Attache, welcomed a delegation from the National Defence College of Thailand led by LT Gen Achiravit Sripaiboon, Advisor, National Defense studies Institute, during their study visit to Sweden.

Ambassador Arunrung gave a briefing to and exchanged views with the delegation on developments and strengths of Sweden, including relations betweenThailand and Sweden, important projects and activities of the Royal Thai Embassy in Stockholm and cooperation between Thailand and Sweden on economics, trade, investment and innovation.
