The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand welcomes the additional release of two more hostages, taken in the latest round of violence in Israel and Gaza. The Ministry highly commends the efforts of the Governments of Qatar and Egypt, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and all of those involved in continuing to secure the additional release of the remaining hostages and sends its heartfelt regards to the families of those recently released.

The Royal Thai Government reiterates its strong call for the appropriate care and immediate release of all of the remaining hostages, which includes Thai nationals, at the earliest opportunity.
