H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, will pay an official visit to the Republic of the Philippines on 4 July 2024 at the invitation of H.E. Mr. Enrique A. Manalo, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.

The visit is part of a series of activities to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and the Philippines this year. During the visit, the Thai Foreign Minister will have a bilateral meeting with the Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, during which both sides are expected to discuss ways to further strengthen the bilateral cooperation in a broad range of areas, such as security, trade and investment, and tourism, as well as cooperation on regional and international issues of common interest.

The Thai Foreign Minister will also meet with representatives of the Thai business community and Thai government agencies under Team Thailand in the Philippines.
