H.E. Mr. Pak Sang Gil, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Peoples’ Republic of Korea (DPRK), paid a visit to Thailand on 14 - 17 September 2024, as part of a Southeast Asia tour.

During this visit, H.E. Mr. Pak held a bilateral meeting with Ms. Busadee Santipitaks, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, during which both sides discussed bilateral issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on regional developments.

In addition, the DPRK delegation visited Siriraj Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital Mahidol University to learn about Thai traditional medicine.
