Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand Addressed the 2023 RCEP Local
Governments and Friendship Cities Cooperation (Huangshan) Forum

泰国副总理在2023RCEP地方政府暨友城合作（黄山）论坛上致辞

2023年6月9日，安徽省人民政府与中国人民对外友好协会合作，在安徽黄山举办了2023RCEP地方政府暨友城合作（黄山）论坛。

On 9 June 2023, the Anhui Provincial People’s Government, in cooperation with the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), organized the 2023 RCEP Local Governments and Friendship Cities Cooperation (Huangshan) Forum in Huangshan, Anhui. 

本次论坛旨在促进中国特别是安徽与RCEP其他国家的区域合作共赢，加强地方政府之间的交流，包括经济开发区、生命健康、文化旅游等方面的交流。

This forum was intended to promote win-win regional cooperation between China, especially Anhui, and other RCEP countries, and enhance exchanges between local governments, including on economic and development zones, life and health, culture and tourism. 

活动由安徽省省长王清宪和中国人民对外友好协会会长林松添宣布开幕。开幕式上，东盟秘书长高金洪、中国驻东盟大使侯艳琪和泰国副总理威萨努·科岩也通过视频方式在会议上致辞。

The event was opened by H.E. Mr. Wang Qingxian, Governor of Anhui, and H.E. Mr. Lin Songtian, President of CPAFFC. During the opening ceremony, H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, H.E. Ms. Hou Yanqi, Chinese Ambassador to ASEAN, and H.E. Dr. Wissanu Krea-ngam, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, also addressed the meeting via VDO messages. 

泰国副总理在讲话中强调了以互利和具体的方式促进RCEP国家之间合作的重要性。泰国还决心加强与中国的合作，包括与黄山的医疗旅游合作。

In his remarks, the Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand highlighted the importance of promoting cooperation among RCEP countries in a mutually-baneficial and concrete manner. Thailand is also determined to enhance cooperation with China, including on medical tourism with Huangshan. 

2023年6月8日晚，安徽省省长与缅甸驻华大使、老挝、马来西亚、韩国、新加坡、越南驻上海总领事以及柬埔寨、印度尼西亚、菲律宾、泰国领事等RCEP国家外交代表举行座谈。在泰投资的海螺集团、阳光新能源、恰恰食品等安徽龙头企业高管也出席了会议。

In the evening of 8 June 2023, Governor Wang of Anhui held a discussion with diplomatic representatives of RCEP countries, including Ambassador of Myanmar to China, Consuls-General in Shanghai of Laos, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore and Vietnam, as well as Consuls from Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand. Executives of leading enterprises in Anhui were also in attendance such as CONCH Group, Sungrow Renewables and ChaCha Food which have had investment in Thailand.
