Ambassador-designate to the ROK discusses with the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards of Thailand on promotion of Thai agricultural products in the ROK

On 15 May 2024, H.E. Mr. Tanee Sangrat, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to the ROK, held discussions with Ms. Preeyanuch Thipayawat, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards (ACFS) of Thailand and her delegation, during their visit to the ROK to attend the Asia-Pacific Food Regulatory Authority Summit (APFRAS) 2024.

The Ambassador-designate exchanged views with the delegation on the potential of Thai agricultural products in the ROK market, including products currently under market access review, and opportunities to further promote these products through various upcoming festivals and events the Embassy will organize this year.
