Thai Ambassador to the ROK visits ‘CHANGeUP GROUND’ startup incubator in Pohang

On 24 March 2023, Ambassador Witchu Vejjajiva visited ‘CHANGeUP GROUND’, a startup incubator established by POSCO with support from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH). Mr. Park Seongjin, Head of POSCO’s Industry-Academy Research Cooperation Office, extended a warm welcome to the Ambassador on this occasion.

CHANGeUP GROUND extends support to Korean startups in the deep tech industry by providing them with working space and opportunities to receive early-stage funding. Currently 113 startups occupy CHANGeUP GROUND. On this occasion, Ambassador also had a conversation and listened to the views of 2 Thai students from Mahidol University who are on an exchange program at POSTECH.
