On 27 August 2022, the Royal Thai Embassy invited representatives from Thai associations and Clubs located in Oslo and nearby cities for a get-together at an annual meeting at the Embassy.

 

On this occasion, H.E. Ms. Vimolbajra Ruksakiati, Ambassador of Thailand to Norway, informed the participants of various works that the Embassy has done to strengthen bilateral relation and to support Thai community in Norway as well as the work plan in September 2022, including the mobile consular units in Stavanger, Trondheim, Alesund, and Reykjavik, Iceland and seminars on important Norwegian laws, in collaboration with the Thai Association in Norway, in Stavanger and Alesund.

 

The 9 associations and clubs attended are the Thai Buddhist Association in Norway, Thai Women Association in Norway, Thai-Norway Language and Cultural Association, Thailand NIE Learning Centre in Østfold, Thai Student in Norway group, Thai Music and Dance Club in Norway, Suthammo Thai language and Cultural Centre in Drammen, Thai Language and Cultural Association in Grenland and Thai massage Association in Norway.
