Ambassador of Thailand to Norway went to pay respect to Phra Ajahn Danchai at Watpah Bodhi Dhamm, Larvik, and offered Thai traditional medicines

On 20 July 2023, H.E. Ms. Vimolbajra Ruksakiati, Ambassador of Thailand to Norway, along with Ms. Potchamas Saengthien, Counsellor, and Embassy’s officials went to pay respect to Phra Ajahn Danchai at Watpah Bodhi Dhamm, Larvik, and offered Thai traditional medicines, including Fa Thalai Chon Capsule and Salol et Menthol Mixture to Phra Ajahn Danchai, who kindly gave blessings to the relatives who passed away, especially to Mrs. Voravalla Ruksakiati, beloved mother of Ambassador Vimolbajra.

Last year, Ambassador Vimolbajra presided over an opening ceremony of Watpah Bodhi Dhamm, Larvik, on 11 June 2022 at Hedrum Ungdomsskole. This is the first time that Ambassador Vimolbajra paid a visit to Watpah Bodhi Dhamm, Larvik, where she met with dedicated Thai community who have improved the scenery landscape of the temple by planting beautiful flowers and trees for the temple. Phra Ajahn Danchai said that Watpah Bodhi Dhamm, Larvik will hold the first Kathina ceremony at the temple next year.
