She stressed the aim of promoting the popularity of Thai cuisine, recognizing its role in fostering people-to-people connections and strengthening the relationship between the two countries through their shared culinary culture. Furthermore, she mentioned that today's practical training session provided an opportunity for IIHM students to demonstrate their culinary proficiency by utilizing the knowledge and skills acquired from the Thai Culinary Class to prepare Thai dishes along with Thai-style meal serving order. The selected menu included four dishes, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options; namely, Glass Noodle Salad (Yam-Wun-Sen), Spicy Soup (Tom-Yum), Green Curry (Gang-Khiao-Wan), and Mango and Sticky Rice (Khao-Niaow-Ma-Muang).
