On August 30-31, 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy, in collaboration with the Thai Trade Office in Buenos Aires, organized “Festival Muay Thai 2024” and a series of activities to promote Muay Thai in Argentina. The event featured business matching for Muay Thai-related products, a demonstration of Muay Thai techniques by the renowned boxer "Rodtang Jitmuangnon," and a Thai boxing competition at Festival Muay Thai 2024 with participants from Argentina and Paraguay. The event attracted a diverse audience, including members of the diplomatic corps, the Thai community, Muay Thai gym owners, enthusiasts, and the general public. The event was also streamed live online, allowing viewers across Latin America to participate virtually.

This event marks the first official Muay Thai promotion in Argentina and represents a significant milestone in expanding the art of Muay Thai and its related products across Latin America.
