On 23 May 2024, Mr. Maharnnop Dejvitak, Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Religions, Morals, Ethics, Arts and Culture, together with the committees, received a briefing from Ambassador and diplomats of the Royal Thai Embassy in Budapest on Thailand-Hungary bilateral relations in political, economic, and cultural dimensions, especially on Hungarian soft power to further apply in Thai context.

On the following day, 24 May 2024, the delegation had a meeting with Mr. Imre Vejkey, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Justice, at the Hungarian Parliament building. Both sides exchanged information on the operations of the committee on religions, morals, and ethics. They hoped to further strengthen the good relationship between the parliament of both countries.
