On 28 May 2024, H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Hellenic Republic participated in the 32nd Meeting of the ASEAN Committee in Athens (ACAT) with the Ambassadors of Indonesia, the Philippines and Viet Nam at Deos Athens. The Meeting reviewed the joint activities of the ACAT undertaken during the Chairmanship of the Philippines and discussed future workplans and joint activities in order to promote ASEAN-Greece cooperation in areas of mutual interests and to raise the awareness of ASEAN in Greece. Before the conclusion of the Meeting, Ambassador of the Philippines as the outgoing ACAT Chair turned over the Chairmanship to the Ambassador of Thailand who will assume the Chairmanship of ACAT for the next 6 months.
