On 19 March 2025, Ms. Chayika Wongnapachant, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, representing the Minister, led a group of AI entrepreneurs on a study visit to Plug and Play during their participation in the NVIDIA GTC 2025 event in the United States. The delegation learned about Plug and Play’s operations as a leading accelerator organization that nurtures and supports startups to achieve success. Plug and Play’s primary mission is to promote investment in startups by showcasing their projects to investors for fundraising and business development.

Ms. Chayika also invited Plug and Play to open an office in Thailand, highlighting the country’s favorable startup business environment. She emphasized that the Thai government actively supports startups through policies, incentives, and various innovation-support organizations.

Additionally, Ms. Chayika led the delegation on a visit to Block71 to learn about its operations as an organization under the National University of Singapore (NUS) that promotes Southeast Asian startups in expanding their businesses to Silicon Valley. Block71 also offers startup incubation programs that focus on business knowledge and creating opportunities for startups at all levels to succeed.

Ms. Chayika expressed her hope that Thailand could collaborate with Block71 to support Thai startups by organizing training programs in the future.
