On 16 - 17 May 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate - General in Penang, in cooperation with the Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health, organized the 2nd Project to Promote Knowledge on Physical and Mental Health to Strengthen the Thai Community in Northern Malaysia at the Royal Thai Consulate-General. This project was trained by Dr. Wee Mekwilai, a specialist clinical psychologist, Department of Mental Health, as the speaker. There were 29 participants in this training programme, consisting of Thai volunteers and Thai students in Northern Malaysia.
