On 23 September 2026, Mrs. Pratuangtip Sirivitaes, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs, received the Basic-Level CCEO Award 2026 for outstanding management of public complaints on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, from Mr. Songsak Thongsri, Deputy Prime Minister, at Santi Maitri Building, Government House.

The CCEO Award was initiated this year by the Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister to honour 152 government agencies with outstanding complaint management capabilities and to encourage government sectors to place greater emphasis on public service. Evaluation criteria include the formulation of complaint management guidelines in line with Government policies, the establishment of clear resolution timeframes, the integration of complaint databases, as well as the effectiveness of resolving complaints to final closure.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is committed to continuing to improve its complaint management standards, elevating its public service delivery, and enhancing our readiness to effectively address future challenges.
