On 25 April 2022, H.E. Ms. Raushan Yesbulatova, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paid a farewell call on H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, on the occasion of the completion of her tenure in Thailand.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his appreciation to the Ambassador of Kazakstan for her efforts in enhancing bilateral cooperation between Thailand and Kazakhstan during her five-year tenure, while the Ambassador expressed her gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand for extending its full support to the Embassy of Kazakhstan.

Both sides congratulated each other on the auspicious occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Kazakhstan this year as well as discussed activities to commemorate the occasion. Both sides also discussed potential areas to promote bilateral cooperation, exchange of high-level visits, pending agreements, and collaboration in the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) framework, of which Kazakhstan is the current Chair.
