On 14 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the French National Day Reception organized by the French Embassy in Thailand at Swissôtel Bangkok Ratchada.

Thailand and France have always enjoyed close and cordial ties with extensive cooperation in various areas, including economic affairs, science-technology-innovation, security, socio-cultural affairs, as well as people-to-people connections. The two sides are also determined to elevate the bilateral relations to Strategic Partnership in the near future.
