H.E. Mr. Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, will pay an official visit to Thailand as guest of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. The official visit aims at strengthening the ties between Thailand and Hungary, especially economic cooperation, trade and investment.
During the visit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on H.E. General Prayut Chan-o-cha (Ret.), Prime Minister of Thailand, at the Government House, and meet H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand to discuss ways to further enhance the existing close partnership between the two countries, as well as to promote socio-economic recoveries from the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Throughout their stay in Thailand, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary and his delegation will strictly observe Thailand’s COVID-19 preventive measures, with a view to ensuring public health and safety of the Thai people.
