On 8 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a meeting with former Ministry executives to draw on their insights and seek advice on Thailand’s foreign policy direction amidst the rapidly changing global landscape and current international challenges for the benefit of the country and the Thai people.

The Foreign Minister and former Ministry executives also exchanged views on various issues, such as current political developments within the region, the role of major powers in the region, and how to advance inclusive and people-centred economic diplomacy, as well as ways to improve the Ministry’s working approaches to enhance overall efficiency.
