On 3 March 2023, H.E. Mr. Tobias Lindner, Minister of State of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, in the course of the former's visit to Thailand during 2-4 March 2023.

Both sides discussed regional and international issues of mutual concern, as well as measures to enhance Thai-German relations, especially the promotion of investment, transfer of green energy, and cooperation to reduce greenhouse gas emission from the agricultural sector.
