On 26 June 2024, H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand together with H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore jointly presided over the Opening Ceremony of the 14th Coordinating Meeting of the Thailand - Singapore Civil Service Exchange Programme (CSEP) at Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok.

After the Opening Ceremony, Mrs. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, co-chaired with H.E. Mr. Albert Chua, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore, in the plenary session of the 14th Civil Service Exchange Programme – CSEP under the theme, "Embarking on a Green Partnership in a Digitalised Era" to enhance partnership in 3 pillars of cooperation areas, namely (1) sustainability, (2) economic growth and social development, and (3) human empowerment and public service development.
