On 24 February 24 2025, Mr. Puwit Wisartsakul, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., together with Mrs. Apijaya Wisartsakul, his spouse, attended a dinner event to express support to the Thai student team participating in the 23rd CBS Case Competition, organized by Copenhagen Business School (CBS). This year, a student team from Chulalongkorn University represented Thailand in this international competition.

The CBS Case Competition is an annual event hosted by Copenhagen Business School to provide undergraduate students worldwide with the opportunity to showcase their problem-solving skills by tackling real-world business cases from leading global companies. The 2025 competition featured teams from 12 top universities across the world e.g. the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, Denmark, Norway, Lebanon, China, and Thailand. The competition is designed to develop problem-solving abilities in an international business context, fostering educational excellence and global networking opportunities that prepare students to become future leaders with a strong global perspective.

The Chulalongkorn University team consists of four students: Ms. Nunnaphat Yamsuan, Mr. Tatchaphol Henganupan, Mr. Tanathorn Tantipiriyakij, and Ms. Natcha Sapsuwan. Their advisor, Assoc. Prof. Chackrit Duangphastra, Ph.D., Head of the Bachelor of Business Administration (International Program) and faculty member of the Department of Commerce, led the team to this competition and provide guidance and mentorship to the team. The four students demonstrated exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, securing a spot among the top three finalists out of 12 participating countries.

Reaching the final round is a remarkable achievement and a testament to the capabilities of Thai students on the global stage. Chargé d'Affaires a.i. praised their outstanding performance and extended his encouragement to the Thai student team as they advanced to the final round of the competition.
