Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Poland attended the Constitution Day Commemoration Ceremony in Warsaw

          On 3 May 2019 H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Poland and Ambassadors from different countries seated in Warsaw as well as the Cabinet and the distinguished guests of various circles in Poland attended the celebrations of the Polish Constitution, held at the Castle Square in the Old Town district in front of the Royal Castle with H.E. Mr. Andrzej Duda, President of the Republic of Poland presided over the Ceremony and gave a speech of celebration. During the same evening H.E. Mr. Andrzej Duda, President of the Republic of Poland along with Mrs. Agata Kornhauser-Duda, Spouse hosted a reception to celebrate the Constitution Day at the Kubicki Arcades room in the Royal Castle where Ambassador Sansanee and Dr. Tanongsak Sahussarungsi, Spouse also attended the celebration.

          On 3 May 2019 of every year is the Constitution Day and an important national day for Poland. Poland has her Constitution in 1791 which makes Poland the second country in the world after the United States (in 1787) that has Constitution. Great Sejm at that time was under the Kingdom of Polish – Lithuanian Commonwealth and has passed the Constitution of 1791. So, the Constitution of Poland has been granted more than 228 years ago. Incidentally, the original constitution book is kept in the Museum in the Royal Castle in the once was the Great Sejm Chamber.
