On 12 December 2018, the Royal Thai Embassy in Brasília hosted a dinner in honour of Miss Brasil Globo 2018 contestants. There were about 30 persons including the Federal congressmen from São Paulo, pageant’s candidates from each state of Brazil, and journalists attending the reception. The event has successfully raised awareness about Thailand, Thai gastronomy and culture among the participants.
