On 11-13 July 2018, The Royal Thai Embassy of Warsaw organised the Thai Food Week Project under the Thai Food to the World Policy of Thailand which aims to promote Thai food in Poland and to strengthen people-to-people relations by using food as a medium. The Embassy invited Ms. Chudaree Debhakam or Chef Tam, the winner of Top Chef Thailand 2017, to take part in the Thai Food Week which includes (1) a Thai food cooking demonstration at Comfort Food Studio for journalists and food bloggers in Poland. Chef Tam also gave an interview to Kuchnia TV channel's Cook News show, (2) another Thai food cooking demonstration for Poland’s TVP2 channel’s show, Pytanie na sniadanie, and (3) a Thai food cooking demonstration at the Residence of the Ambassador of Thailand with the attendance female ambassadors and female Polish government officials in Warsaw.

          In this regard, on 11 July 2018, H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, Ambassador of Thailand, delivered opening remarks at Comfort Food Studio to journalists and food bloggers in Poland and also gave an interview to Kuchnia TV channel's Cook News show.
