On 19 July 2018, H.E. Mr. Chaisiri Anamarn, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, attended the 10^th edition of the Delhi Dialogue in New Delhi, Republic of India, as special envoy of the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand. 

          During the Ministerial Session, the Advisor to the Foreign Minister gavea Special Address on “Strengthening India – ASEAN Maritime Cooperation”, highlighting key elements in enhancing ASEAN – India maritime cooperation, including historical and civilizational links, maritime infrastructure development, the “Panca Tara” Initiative, and maritime safety and security. H.E. Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, External Affairs Minister of the Republic of India, delivered a Keynote Address on the same topic.

          The Delhi Dialogue is an annual Track 1.5 forum for discussing political, security, economic and socio-cultural issues between ASEAN and India, at which political leaders, policy makers, researchers, academicians, business leaders and media persons converge to brainstorm on a vast range of issues pertaining
to ASEAN – India relations.
