The Royal Thai Embassy in Bern organized the 21st Thai Festival during 7-8 July 2018 at the Embassy compound and its adjacent areas. This event is organised annually to showcase and promote Thai cuisine, Thai Products, Tourism and Thai Spa and traditional massage.  Present at the event were more than 90 booths offering authentic Thai food and products, fruit and vegetable carving demonstration as well as the lucky draw for Zurich - Bangkok air tickets from Thai Airways international. The special highlight of this year was the showcase of food innovation from National Innovation Agency and Thai entrepreneurs in accordance with the Government’s  Thailand 4.0 policy.

          H.E. Mr. Chakri Srichawana, Ambassador to Switzerland, presided over at the opening ceremony, joining by members of diplomatic corps in Bern and spouses. The Thai Festival is one of the biggest annual events in Bern and, this year, attracted more than 18,000 visitors.
