On 6^th July 2018 Mrs. Lalana Chatchawan, Charge d’affaires, along with the Embassy’s officials and staff and Thai people in Amman attended the El Hassan International Open Taekwondo Tournament at Prince Hamzah Hall, Al Hussein Youth City to support the Thailand’s National Taekwondo Team. The Thai team won 4 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 1 bronze medal.

           On 7^th July 2018, the Royal Thai Embassy hosted a dinner to congratulate Thailand National’s Taekwondo Team on their success at the El Hassan International Open Taekwondo Tournament before their departure from Amman. The team will compete at the 18th Asian Games in Indonesia next month.
