On 2 May 2018, Mrs. Nantana Sivakua, Ambassador of Thailand to Australia, together with Dr. Simon A. Wallace, Thai Honorary Consul-General in Melbourne, attended “Amazing Thailand Roadshow 2018” at Cargo Hall, Showtime South Wharf, Melbourne. Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) organizes the said event annually to promote Thai Tourism in Australia. This year, TAT invited 50 representatives of Thai tourism industry to meet with their counterparts in Australia.   The Ambassador gave a remark during the opening ceremony.

          During the visit, the Ambassador also met with members of Thailand Australia Network (TAN). TAN has been established by the group of Thai and Australian businessmen in Victoria.  It is aimed to create a venue for business people with an interest in trading with Thailand to exchange information and network through informal dinners and other activities
