As part of the ASEAN Tourism and the Travel & Vacation Show, the Royal Thai Embassy joined the ASEAN Committee in Ottawa (ACO) in promoting the ASEAN tourism, cuisine, and culture at the 24^th Travel and Vacation Show which was held at Shaw Centre, Ottawa, during 17-18 March 2018.

           On this occasion, Ms. Dao Vibulpanich, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., gave a presentation on Thailand’s tourism, culture, and culinary delights at the event. One of the highlights of the event at the Royal Thai Embassy’s booth included a demonstration of fruit and vegetable carving, showcase of traditional costumes, authentic Thai food samples, and Thai language learning quizzes. These activities attracted many visitors of all ages. In addition, the ASEAN diplomatic missions also promoted their traditional cuisines during the ASEAN Happy Hours.
