On 15 November 2017, His Excellency Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, met with His Highness Sheikh Abdulla Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during His Highness’s private visit to the Kingdom of Thailand. Both sides discussed issues relating to bilateral relations and cooperation in various areas as well as exchanged views on recent development of situations in their respective regions.

          Both sides agreed to push forward cooperation between Thailand and the United Arab Emirates in existing areas of mutual interest, identify new areas of cooperation, and finalize bilateral agreements in various areas so as to increase bilateral economic and trade cooperation as well as people-to-people contact. Moreover, both sides also agreed to support one another in the international arenas in area of mutual interest.
